Galveston's Island Oktoberfest

First Lutheran Church
 
 
Island Oktoberfest is hosted by First Lutheran Church and co-sponsored by Del Papa Distributing Company. The two-day festival takes place on the church grounds and streets adjacent to 24th and Winnie in historic downtown Galveston. Festival hours are typically 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm on Friday and 11: am to 11:00 pm on the Saturday of the event. Admission is free and attendees are encouraged to dress in German costume.
